Our Property Tax Abatement services operate on a commission only model. After our initial consultation (which is refundable) we will research and prepare all documents/fillings needed for you to apply for and receive a reduction on your property taxes owed. Our fee is only 33% of your savings and we will be there to support you every step of the way.
Additionally, we offer fee based IRS tax audit and amended return filling assistance.
Your Tax Expert
Michael received his JD/MBA from UNLV and Lee Business School in 2014. He received a Master of Laws (LLM) in Taxation from Northwestern University (Pritzker School of Law) in 2016.
Michael has worked for Intuit TurboTax as one of their tax experts assisting with tax return preparation. Michael has worked both at a real-estate law firm as well at one of the nation's premier tax controversy firms. There he specialized in IRS audit and appeals work, directing IRS negotiations, Offer and Compromise, and complex tax litigation.
For over 15 years Michael has worked with individuals and small businesses. He has prepared and filled hundreds of state and federal tax returns, cleaned up messy tax situations by responding to Audit letters and filling amended returns getting countless people back on solid footing with all tax issues resolved.
